DCF TREK forged track group component are made of deep hardened boron steel. With the appropriate hardness and adequate thickness of case-hardened area, these components prossess high-resistance to fatigue and wear, even under the worst operating conditions.

SEGMENT and SPROCKET
We carry a wide range of bulldozer and excavator segment group and sprocket, which are suitable for various types of standart and Extended Wear Life ( EWL) track link assemblies.

ONE-DTYLE ROLLER DESIGN
DCF-TREK premium SR roller all feature the ‘ One – Style’ design advantage. With the ‘ One – Style’ design is made to fit multiple requirements of different machine models. These rollers can be installed on the lattest OEM machines such as the D5M, D6M, D6R and D7R high drives tractor. They can also be retrofitted on the D4H – D7H series, as well as the older oval track D5, D6C/ D, D7F/ G crawlers.

ROLLERS GROUP
DCF-TREK rollers operate perfectly under every working condition and have high rail wear-resistance. The high quality is the result of forty years experience in rollers. Rollers shells are forged using high quality boron steel, which allows improved harden-ability. Special heat treatment guarantees maximum service life of rollers.
