Moulding and Clear rips are generated from solid lineal moulding and clear board remanufacturing
operations, All are Kiln dried 8~ 10% and ripped from surfaced pruned log feed stock using fine
kerf molder rip saws. The sizes are fixed by the primary manufacturing steps used to make solid
lineal mouldings or clear boards.

Board rips: from S2S 22 x RW M & b and shop. 22 x 40 board rips have defects that have been
edge ripped from a wider 22mm board to upgrade that board into clear.
