LETTER OF INTENT Coal ( LOI)
We have a way to trade in coal sold to the Buyer / OWNER who seriously want to buy coal through us, the following steps:
A. Send LOI and draft copy of L / C as evidence is a serious buyer wants to buy
2. We replied by sending the FCO, COA, and BL
3. Your sign of the FCO which we then sent back to us again.
4. Further to the draft contract step, our party or the buyer can make a draft contract in accordance with the agreement and approved by both parties.
5. After that step last meeting between the buyer and seller as well as to the stage of a contract between the initial agreement at the time of the draft contract. If your party ( Buyer) is too complicated to follow the steps above, then we also have the best way out of the latter:
