MADHUSAR
An Ayurvedic Antidiabetese Medicine

PREAMBLE:

Madhusar is an Ayurvedic preparation formulated for the treatment of both type I & type II diabetese Madhusar is primarily designed for type II diabetese. It works in type II diabetese probably by correcting insuline secretary defects & lowering insuline resistance which are basic defects of type II diabetese. However it can be useful in type I diabetes also. Where there is absolute deficiency of insuline.
Additionally it gives rise to sense of well being after few months of treatment by correcting metabolic derangement related to diabetese mellitus.

DIRECTION FOR USE: As directed by physician.

INDICATION:

Madhusar is indicated in following various diabetic conditions.
1.Type II diabetese.
2.Secondary failure to oral hyperglycemic agents.
3.Type II diabetese heading towards type I.
4.Any diabetese with established complications like Neuropathy, Nepropathy & Retinopathy.
5.Severe diabetic Myopathy.
6.Diabetese associated with other co-morbid conditions.

DOSE:

5 gm. Powder to be soaked in clean drinking water for 8 to 10 min. & to be taken wholly, preferably, 15 to 20 minutes before breakfast & dinner (twice a day)

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:

1.Divide total daily meal in to 4 small meals & keep adequate time interval between any two meals.
2.Fasting conditions to be strictly avoided.
3.Early morning breakfast essential.
4.Regular, 10-15 minutes exercise essential, but vigourous exercise to be avoided.
5.Regular checkup essential.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Regular course of Madhusar powder, for 6 to 12 months advisable.
