Dear Sirs,
I am the Principle of the Manufacturers for the South East Asia region. I am fully able to supply all of the above.
Port of Loading will be either at:
1. Oman
2. Yamem
3. Aden, Egypt
4. Alexandria, Egypt
5. Dubai
6. Kerteh, Malaysia
7. Balik Papan, Indonesia
8. Novorossysk, Russia
The NCND and the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) will come in as annex to the draft agreement during execution of
the contract. This will be prepared by us.
Below is our Contract Procedure:-
1. Buyer issues an Official LOI, must be valid for 7 banking days (minimum).
2. Upon cross checking and verification, seller issues an Official FCO to buyer.
3. Buyer signs, seals and return along with Bank Endorsed ICPO, with full
banking coordinates.
4. Seller issue contract to buyer for mutual consideration and execution.
5. Seller and Buyer exchange draft contract, both signed, sealed and
returns to seller via e-mail/fax.
6. Buyer and Seller will submit the contract to their bank.
7. Within seventy two (72) banking hours after contract execution, buyer shall forward the Draft Bank Guarantee (BG) for seller's approval. Upon approval, buyer's bank shall issue a Confirmed Bank Guarantee (BG) via SWIFT to Seller's bank.
8. Seller shall issue a 2% Performance Bond for each monthly shipment/consignment lot, and Proof of Product (POP) to Buyer's bank upon
receipt of the Buyer's Confirmed Bank Financial Instrument.
9. Shipment delivery schedule as per contract.

Please state clearly in the LOI all details with regards to the
requested product, technical and chemical specification, origin
requested, exact quantity and duration, target discount, shipment
duration, etc.
FYI - Inspection for quantity and quality by SGS at loading port at Seller's cost will be considered as final.
