Established in August 2011, PT. Dian Batara Inti focus on MEGADYNE PRODUCTS, both Standard and Customize Belts. We are located in East of Jakarta. Our experiences will lead you to the best budgeting and maintenance program.
Megadyne itself has many various family member of products, as follow:
1. ISORAN SYNCHRONUS BELTS: is rubber endless timing belts. Available with single or double sided teeth, in classical and RPP profiles.
2. Open-End Rubber Synchronus Belts: specially for linear drives, accurate positioning and reversal drives.
3. V-Belts Rubber V-Belts: classical V-Belts ( standard v-belts) and special V-Belts
4. PV V-Ribbed Belts Rubber Belts: type PJ, PK, PL
5. MEGAFLAT PU and Rubber Endless Flat Belts: are truly endless mandrel moulded, available in both polyurethane or chloroprene rubber, with either polyester, aramide or cotton reinforcements.
6. MEGAPOWER PU Endless Timing Belt: are manufactured by unique thermoset moulding process. Types: T2, T2.5, T5, T10, AT5, AT10, MXL, XL, L, H.
7. MEGALINEAR PU Open-End Timing Belts: are manufactured in thermoplastic polyurethane, that gives superior wear and abrasion resistance. Can be supplied both Open End Length Belts and Endless Jointed Belts. Available with alternative reinforcement cords such as, Kevlar ( K) , High Flex ( HF) , High Performance ( HP) and High Performance Flex ( HPF) .
8. MEGAFLEX PU Truly Endless Timing Belts: are manufactured in thermoplastic polyurethane, with continuous spiral steel cords. Types: T5, T10, T20, AT5, AT10, AT20, XL, L, H, XH, RPP5, RPP8, RPP14, etc.
9. MEGARIB PU Endless Megarib Belts: are manufactured in polyurethane with polyester high tension cords, which combine the high flexibility of flat belts with the power transmission capability of V-Belts.
10. SPECIAL - Any Special Pitches, Custom Made Coatings and Profiles: can be manufactured in a standard or coated execution, according to customer specific requirements.
11. MEGAPULLEY / CLAMPING PLATES - Custom Made and Standard Pulleys and Clamping Plates: can provide either stadard pulleys, made in according to ISO spec and customer specific requirements.
12. MEGAWELD - Thermoweldable Belts: V-Belts and Round Belts made from special PU Material.
13. CUSTOMIZE BELTS - MEGADYNE: any kind of belts ( Timing Belts, V-Belts, Round Belts, etc.) that is made special base on order or customer needs. Both PU and Rubber Material of belts, with special coatings, cleat/ profile, or else.
