Our factory was established in 1978. It has been developing continuously at the Beidun industrial area in Shantou. At the end of 2003, we moved into the new factory of now. 2) The new factory contains five floors which are all standard light factory building, connecting opposite dormitory; the total area is about 10, 000 square meters. We have various nkle looms i and its kit equipments. Among them, there are 1800 sets small-sized machine ( can produce the cordage with 0.2MM----6.0MM, about 40 tons yield monthly) , 500sets medium-sized machines ( can produce the cordage with 4.0 MM----8.0MM, about 40 tons yield monthly) , 10 large machines ( can produce the cordage with 10.0MM----40.0MM, to output about 10 tons yield monthly) .Another 20 are going to be purchased for producing the ropes to pull in to shore. The total 30 sets large machines can produce about 30 tons monthly at the end of this year. We also have 100 sets keep-plait machines ( can produce keeps-plait ropes with 3.0 MM----12.0MM, monthly yield is about 15 tons) , 30 sets cotton-ball machines, ( can produce cotton ball with 0.5 MM---- 4.0 MM, about 20 tons yield monthly) , 2 sets twisting frame, ( can produce the thread that formed the kit, about 5 tons yield monthly) 3) Now our factory can product 130 tons every month, and 150 tons cordages monthly in the end of the year. Annually the biggest production value can attain about 55, 000, 000 RMB. The production value in 2005 was about 40, 000, 000 RMB. It is estimate that the production value in 2006 be 45, 000, 000 RMB or thereabouts. There are 8 play, 12 play, 16 play, 24 play, 32 play cordages that with various weave methods. The material contains NYLON, PP, PE, POLYESTER, COTTON etc. 4) The fix employees in factory are 105; the season-provisional employees are about 200. 5) There are five assistance factories: 1, Twisting rope factory that every month can twist various twine 40 tons. 2, Cotton rope factory which weave 20 tons cotton ropes monthly. 3, PE rope factory, every month can knit 30 tons PE ropes. 4, Packing factory, every month can beat miscellaneous line regiment 20 tons, there are stalk packs and the tower packs. 5, Fishing net factory, the maximum production value of the fishing net and the kit net can attain about 25, 000, 000 RMB every year. | ||
