Technique
Roller for opening wire: Each roller can load 600-1000kg steel wire.
Annealing furnace: The hot treatment furnace is heated by natural gas, eliminating the steel wire strain. The heating for annealing furnace is evenly and high efficient, adopting multi-points PID automatic control.
Control Cooling: Because the working environment is with high temperature, high humidity, after heating the steel wire needs control cooling. The control cooling is indirect cooling.
Rinsing: Removing the dust on surface of fired steel wire, adjusting steel wire temperature.
Turbulent non-fume pickling: The turbulent non-fume pickling is advanced pickling technology, the pickling for steel wire is in completely enclosed tank, the turbulent pickling system can guarantee the pickling efficiency. The heating units in the tank can control the acid concentration and temperature.
Rinsing: Overflowing method can clean the steel wire.
Fluxing: Overflowing method is applied, the fluxing tank is equipped with heating units with resolution temperature 60-80  .
Drying: The drying use hot air heated by electricity, dry the steel wire surface to meet the requirement for galvanizing.
Steel wire galvanizing
Galvanizing ceramic kettle: The ceramic kettle is equipped with heating units inside ceramic protective cover, the life service can be longer than 10 years. High heating efficiency and stable heating temperature makes the operation and maintenance easier.
Steel wire wiping: Use Nitrogen as the wiping media, makes the surface even and smooth.
Quenching: The galvanized steel wire must go to cooling immediately, which is the key process of keeping surface smooth and clean.
