Shanxi jingling Forging technology Inc. is a professional forging manufacturer in China for auto forging parts, forging flange, forged valve body and forged parts and large forging parts. It is equipped with many advanced forging equipments: 75kg/ 400kg/ 560kg air forging hammer, 1-ton/ 5-ton electro-hydraulic forging hammer, die forging hammer from 1ton to 16 ton, 630-ton/ 4000-ton friction press, 315-ton/ 900-ton block hammer, 2000-ton/ 6300-ton hot die forging press, 500-ton/ 10000-ton oil hydraulic press and 4500-ton free forging water press.
Also it is equipped with enough heat treatment equipments: rotary continuous quencher, tempering furnace, well tempering furnace, chamber furnace and so on. It has advanced test devices: electrometer, mechanical property test machine, and nondestructive testing machine. Above all, it has many advanced machining equipments: CNC machining centers, CNC turning centers, CNC lathes, large CNC vertical lathe; plane milling and boring machine, grinding machine, deep hole drilling machine and so on.
It can produce carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy , aluminum and copper forging parts. At present, it has mainly the two types of forging parts as follows:

1.Precision forging parts
Auto forging parts: connecting rod, racing connecting rod, crankshaft, front axle, steering knuckle, steering knuckle arm , differential case , torsion bar, stabilizer bar.

Forging flanges: all kinds of forged flanges finished by CNC machining.

2.Large forging parts
It can produce large forging parts from 10 tons to 200tons. The large forging parts are mainly used in large power water plant, thermal power station, locomotive, marine crank, Large cylinder press, Column, Plunger, Oilfield blowout preventer valve, Single-and double-hook, large-scale module, thick-walled large-diameter high-pressure boiler tubes, roller bearing, Roll with rolling mill.

The large forging parts are divided into the following categories according to the geometry:
Shaft forgings: The largest diameter Â ¦ 1500mm, the maximum length 14000mm, the maximum weight of 30t
Pancake forging: the largest diameter Â ¦ 2700mm, the maximum weight of 28t
Cirque forging: the largest diameter Â ¦ 3500mm, the largest height of 1800mm, the maximum weight of 27t
Cylinder forging: the largest outside diameter Â ¦ 1600mm, the largest inside diameter Â ¦ 300mm ~ 800mm, maximum length of 7000mm, the maximum weight of 22t
Sheet metal forgings: maximum width 2100mm, the minimum thickness of 170mm
