Yantai Mingdian - Laizhou Kingstone - Ripped Off By A Chinese Stone And Tile Manufacturer

Ripped off by a Chinese stone and tile manufacturer, email me if you need more info

Ordered white sandstone tiles and Marble slab.

Firstly we received the marble slabs all broken because they were packed so badly contact the manufacture and explained the situation, they said do not clear it off customs and just dump the products and they assured me that will provide refund.

The refund never came.

At the same time, the white sandstone that was ordered arrived and the they were gray instead of White. The value of the Sandstone tiles that was paid for proximately $10,000
Although we hated the gray Color we decided to just negotiate a settlement of $3500, rather than the manufacturer taking all back and resend.

Our kind gesture was totally ignored and the manufacturer stopped the communication.

Has anyone else has any experience with this company ?
