3. Submit your LOI with Buyer's letterhead along with banking co-ordinates (some suppliers may need BCL at this juncture) allowing soft probe and stating the followings:

4. For crude oil purchase, if you are refinery, please state the refinery no.
Payment shall be by Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving,100% payable at sight L/C. Some sellers/suppliers may require BG/SBLC.
