    Matrix Energy Saver Solutions
    Matrix Electrical Energy Saving Solution is a total suite of blueprint, methodologies and energy saving products for the better planning, implementation and management of company utilities, which emphasizes on the smart and efficient management of electricity. It involves 2 major parts of implementation, which are;
    • Passive Processes (3% to 5% overall saving): Energy Conservation practices by means of changing human habit and practices.
    • Active Processes (15% to 35% overall saving): Installation of Energy Saving and Energy Optimization units in specific areas of the premises.
    The ultimate target of MESS is to reduce the OPEX that is directly involved in paying electricity bills that has always been one of the major burdens of every businesses and institutions. In some of MESS installations, the reductions to the ‘Monthly Electricity Bills’ in terms of dollars and cents can easily come up to 25% to 35% (as shown in the accompanied Certificates of Savings).

    Lighting System
    Mes Lighting
    MES Lighting is an electrical device using power optimization technique by Transformer based technology. Coupled with power ‘coil based’ power regulating device, MES Lighting is able to manage the actual power consumption of lightings, compared to the rated electrical specification of lightings and optimize the electrical flow, reducing wastage due to excessive supply or spikes. With the accurate management of voltage and current, the power consumption of lightings is optimized and the lightings efficiency is increased, thus saving the bottom-line cost of operating lighting fixtures.
    With a simple installation and no need to change customer's original lighting system lines, MES Lighting can be connected directly to the power supply line behind the Distribution Board (DB) or wattmeter. It can be fitted in a indoor and outdoor situation.
    With patent of delayed switch system and comprehensive intelligent inspection, MES Lighting can prevent light tubes from becoming yellow or dark under the pressure fluctuation, extend the life of light tubes, maintain the general harmonic wave on the electric line, stabilize the pressure and lower the drift current.
    With the safe "bypass" device, MES Lighting can prevent light tubes from affecting the normal pressure supply under equipment failures. If there's something wrong with Light Saver, it can be switched manually or automatically to a normal power supply operation.

    Poly Carbonate frosted Sunroof System (Industrial Building).
    MES Sun Roofing solution is specially designed to provide diffused sunlight, avoiding usage of High bay lights during day. MES Sun Roofing provides day lighting by fitting frosted polycarbonate sheet roof panels on the roof. UV resistant, high thermal insulation and avoids direct sunlight on the shop floor. MES Sun Roofing will results in 50% cost saving in lighting energy consumption as it avoids 50% operating hrs of lights for industrial complexes.     Air Conditioning Systems
    MES Power Controller For AHU.
    MES Power Controller for AHU is an electrical device which is designed to optimize the power delivered to the AHU by transformer technology resulting in up to 15% energy saving. The main concept for MES Power Controller for AHU is regulating voltage setting to the rated design level which will reduce energy losses in AHU. Payback period for MES Power Controller for AHU will be within 24 months.
    Coolflo Energy Efficient Fan For Cooling Towers.
    COOLFLO is an energy efficient fan made up of Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) hollow blades, aerodynamically designed to reduce motor torque. COOLFLO can achieve up to 20% energy saving in cooling tower motor. MES Chiller Optimizer is an effective solution to improve chiller load management and avoid imbalance in indoor temperature and humidity. MES Chiller Optimizer can achieve up to 12% energy saving in chiller operations without compromising the comfort level of the occupants. MES Chiller Optimizer for Chillers provides a fast payback period to the implementation investment within 24 to 36 months.
    Motors
    Power Factor Improvement by Capacitors.
    Installing Capacitors in operating motors will provide power factor correction thus reduces motor current, which resulted in power usage efficiency. This simple installation will provide energy saving up to 10% with investment payback within 24 months.
    High Efficiency Motors.
    The condemned motors can be replaced with High Efficiency motor in stead of rewinding them or replacing with similar motor. High Efficiency motors operate at lower energy consumption while delivering the same performance. Rewinding of motors reduces efficiency and increase operating cost. 1 year warranty. Payback period within 18 months.
