OUR SERVICES
Our company is a courier and transportation services company that provides shuttle service ( Door To Door Service) delivery of packages and documents ( letters, magazines, invitations, etc..) .
In accordance with the needs of different customers, we provide services via land transportation, aircraft and marine vessels, with a range of areas of Jakarta, Domestic and International.
TYPE OF SERVICE THAT WE GIVE
City Courier Services: Courier Service specific documents and packages ( max. 2kg) for the purpose of using a fleet of Motor Jabodetabek include shipping time is:
A. NEX-REG SERVICE ( Normal)
Dipick stuff-up today and arrive 2-3 business days. ( Pick-up starting at 9: 00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m.) .
2. NEX-EX SERVICE ( Quick)
Dipick stuff-up today and got a day job. ( Pick-up starting at 9: 00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m.) .
3. NEX-SERVICE SPEC ( Special Rapid)
Dipick stuff-up in the morning and arrive in the afternoon the same day. ( Pick-up at 10.00) .
Expeditionary Services: Freight from Jakarta to the entire city in Indonesia with several transportation options is through the Land Transportation, Marine Cargo Forwarding and Cargo Air
SERVICE FEATURES:
a. NEX better serve the needs of each individual or corporate customer. Currently NEX has been supported by courier - courier fleet that are reliable and have been serving corporate customers in the region of Jakarta / Jabotabek.
b. If you have freight that needs regular and ongoing nature then you can negotiate with our team to get the special price and payment to the invoicing system per month
c. Pick up Service is taking submissions service by officers of the sender' s address in accordance with the agreed timetable and place.
d. Reporting Services ( Reporting) is a form of reporting services to the partners about the delivery of documents and goods, including shipments are undeliverable and its causes, we present in the monitoring system in the form of soft copy submissions or hard copy ( available for shipment City Courier) .
PAYMENT, AND SANCTIONS
I. PAYMENT PROCEDURES,
A. Special payments are made on the City Courier Pick-up time process,
2. Payment must be made by customers no later than 5 working days after receipt of the invoice.
3. Payment can be made by wire transfer to an account specified by the bill or in cash.
II. SECURITY AND SANCTIONS,
A. NEX will ensure the confidentiality and security of the entire shipment for the mastery of NEX.
2. In the event of loss or damage to submissions or letters, the NEX will reimburse the cost as agreed between the parties or the general standard that is 10 x shipping costs.
CLOSING
NEX as a company that has experience in handling shipment companies - companies with a bulk shipment, will certainly feel proud when trusted as a partner in the firm handles the distribution of Submissions of the Father / Mother Leads.
Regarding rates, travel time, mechanisms and standards can be discussed more in-depth work by each team on both sides, the cooperation agreement in a Cooperation Agreement.
If you agree then this agreement must be set forth in the Letter of Cooperation Agreement between the NEX to the Customer.
