Integrated Time Attendance System ( fingerprint) & Payroll is our first product in the field of management employees. Seeing the many built-in software fingerprint machine in the market but not in accordance with the needs of the company, made us decide to create your own Time Attendance software system that we integrate with Payroll software.

This software has several advantages, among others:

Some kind / type of fingerprint machines we' ve tried and it worked fine, including All Fingerspot Product ( Compact Series, Desktop Series, Enterprise 2000, Quantum Series, Absolute Series, Multimedia Series, Attendance 4000, DA Plus, SmarTRAX, Vista) , iCONT4, Supra, Anviz OA101, OA200 Anviz. To use our attendance machine other than those mentioned above should be consulted with us first.
* One Software for Multiple Machine Fingerprint

This feature will help make it easier for a company that is implementing the use of several fingerprint machine in his company but want any centralized control without having to install some software in one or more computers / servers. For example companies with branch offices in different locations.

For companies that use control over employees is the responsibility of each head of division / department head / General Manager ( usually for holding company) , our software is also able to handle problems like this. We make this software with a method standalone and client-server with a centralized database on the server so it will not burden the system of computer work each head of division / department head / General Manager. Payroll module includes basic salary, allowances and pieces that can be customized with company policy. Equipped also with PPh21 calculation method which is in conformity with the latest regulations including the calculation of PTKP ( Income Not Taxable) .
* Automation of making form tax return to deposit PPh21

This feature can be activated when needed. This is to facilitate especially the payroll / finance companies to overcome the problem of tax return forms for depositing PPh21.
* Facilities import / export data

To facilitate employee data migration from old data ( which is usually still using Ms Excel format. We complement our software with the facility import / export data from / to Ms Excel.
* Delivery via email pay slips

This facility would be more easier and speed up the payroll / parts related to the delivery of pay slips. Additionally, it will save time ( printing process usually takes a long time) and more environmentally friendly ( paperless, as most employees will rip / throw away paycheck after receipt) .
* Information Report Data

Our software is able to provide information in the form of reports that can perform both summary and detailed calculations per period, among others, the remaining employees on leave, the calculation of days and hours of work, absenteeism, delays, excess hours of work.

Personal data of employees who completed employee history records, eg records of achievement and employee error.

All information in the form of reports can dicustom data on demand from the company' s needs.

Note.
Computer specification affects the speed of access to software, and the larger hard drive capacity, the more data that can be saved.
