Applied Environmental Technologies P/ L manufactures the Protector Insecticide Smoke Generator. We can communicate in Indonesian. We are looking for a company to become our sole distributor in their own domestic market and to process and package our product for thatmarket and possibly for export to other markets. The company we are looking for will need to obtain Government registration for the product, and will need to have the financial strength and distribution capability to launch a new product in the country. Detailed Product Description - photographs available Protector is a " do-it-yourself " ( DIY) pest control product for the home or commercial or agricultural buildings. It has been thoroughly tested and certified by Australian government authorities. Applications. AGRICULTURAL BUILDINGS, SILOS, GREENHOUSES, STOREHOUSES, ANIMAL HOUSING, POULTRY FARMS, HUTCHES, CHICK ROOM, STABLES. APPLICATION IN COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, DOMESTIC AND PUBLIC SERVICES AREAS Choices The 100 gram unit in the picture will treat 250 cubic metres of space with 4.75 grams of permethrin. All our Smoke Generators are available in different sizes for treatment of different volume areas. Generators are pre-packed to treat 125, 250 or 1000m3 areas. Applied Environmental Technologies PL offers Insecticide Smoke Generators that contain insecticides of three different classes - organophosphates, carbamates and pyrethroids. These are compatible with most insecticides and fungicides and may be found in many combinations. The variety of active constituents and their compatibility allow for rotation or mixing of insecticides, preventing the development of insect resistance. Protector has already been successfully tested by Australian authorities with 6 different pesticides including Permethrin, Cypermethrin, Carbaryl, Pirimicarb, Pyrimiphosmethil, and Dichlorovos. An initial test with natural pyrethrum has been successful. A second stage of testing will be undertaken in February 2008. Other similar smoke generators have been unable to work with natural pyrethrum because they burn at too high a temperature, destroying the pyrethrum before it can be distributed by the smoke. The lower burning temperature of Protector is the key to its use with natural pyrethrum, and is also the reason for its greater efficiency with other pesticides. Effective Smoke is the most effective and environmentally friendly method of pest control for indoor use. Protector Insecticide Smoke Generators produce insecticide vapour with sub-micron sized particles that penetrate even the finest scratches, cracks and crevices. In comparison, dusts and sprays will only work once covering a limited area. With the smoke-delivered pesticide, there is very little residue, so the space can be occupied soon after treatment, and problems are avoided with human and animal health, allergies or damage to quality fabrics. Environmentally friendly The Protector Insecticide Smoke Generator provides the best method of applying insecticide products for greenhouses, storehouses, domestic properties, animal farm spaces, dumps, lofts and basements of living and industrial buildings. It provides superior control of cockroaches, flies, fleas, ants, weevils, silverfish, spiders, aphids, and caterpillars. Because the area is completely filled with vapour, there are no places for the insects to hide. All insects within the treatment area will succumb to the effects of the insecticide. Protector Insecticide Smoke Generators also provide the most environmentally friendly method of insect control. They do not pollute water or soil, unlike many other methods where the chemicals are washed or blown into the soil or drain systems, resulting in contaminated water. Packaging The product can be purchased as shown, including all packaging required for Australian regulations. We are also interested in supplying the smoke generators without packaging or pesticide to customers who may wish to add the Active Ingredient themselves and create their own branded packaging appropriate to local market and legal requirements. Benefits of Insecticide Smoke Generators -No ground, water and soil contamination. -Superior value. -Excludes applicator intoxication. -Minimal exposure to chemicals, with a far superior coverage. -Reduced labor costs. Does not require skilled personnel. -Pre-measured dosage. No mixing or guessing. -Liquids can cause spotting and discoloration. Smoke does not. - Description of Process When ignited, the non-pesticide ingredients burn at a very slow rate. This process produces a large quantity of smoke and converts the active ingredient ( pesticide) to a vapour without altering its chemical properties. The burning rate of our Insecticide Smoke Generator is much lower than that of another similar product. What this means is that the burning temperature of the generator is lower, resulting in no active ingredient going to waste. Hence, with the same concentration of the active ingredient, Protector Insecticide Smoke Generators are more effective. During this vaporization process, smoke molecules carry the active constituent throughout the area being treated, filling the whole interior. Please contact us for detailed information on uses of the various pesticides and volume pricing. | ||
