Company Brief

Quarter Enterprises Pty Limited has been engaged in the timber industry for some 25 years. Our activities have been primarily been in the log trade sourcing hardwoods from West Africa, Papua New Guinea, the Pacific and South America. This business started out being solely natural forest logs but in recent times has become almost entirely a trade in hardwood plantation materials. Over these 25 years we have bought and sold log volumes approaching 2 million cubic metres. We are well known as reliable suppliers in India, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, China and the Philippines.
I can supply you with references from well-respected end-users, suppliers, traders, ship owners and bankers from various countries. Let me know if you require such references.
Initially we will be offering FSC certified plantation timbers in rough sawn sizes up to flitches. Species will include Teak, White Teak ( Gmelina) Cedar ( Cedrela) , Mahogany ( Swietenia Macrophylla) , Acacia, Pometia ( Taun) and Balsa. The specifications for these will be as per your requirements.
We hope you will be interested in what we have to offer. The range on offer will increase over the next 3 years or so as additional suppliers come forth with their production.
