Rosalie cheese is handmade individually by our professional cheese makers who have great passion and respect for traditional cheese making techniques. We offer fine quality Indonesian cheese using local fresh cow milk. The milk source is from a respected local dairy in West Java that implies good hygiene and well managed -healthy cows. Our cheese indicates a point of difference that expresses the flavour and the freshness of the milk. We use natural ingredients in our cheese without any preservative and colouring.
