We are working as an agent for a reputed State owned Exporting Agency of India and can offer to OVERSEAS BUYER only , Iron ore fines Fe-63.5% (Rejection below Fe-62.5%) on FOB basis.

1. Draft of Contract: On getting the LOI from you, we shall immediately send the Draft of contract, with all details of the seller mentioned on the contract.
2.Port of Loading: Port of loading is Goa port in India. Loading Rate is 8,000 DMT
3.Past B/L: On receipt of LOI form you, past B/L would be sent to you immediately along with the Draft of Contract. after signing.
4.Price: US$ 50/DMT-FOB, Goa Port, INDIA.
5.Quantity 60,000 Mts. per month x 12 Months contract.
6.Delivery: First shipment 30 - 35 days from the date of the receipt of the confirmed L/C, and subsequent shipment in every 30 days.
7.Payment: Through Confirmed ,irrevocable, transferable or nontransferable L/C, 100 % at sight issued from an internationally reputed Bank, in favour of the Exporting Agency.
·Buyer to issue Pre advice of LC within 2 (two) working days after signing of the contract by the Seller.
·Seller to issue 2% of the LC value as a Performance Bond within 4 (four) working days after the receipt of the Pre advice of LC.
·Buyer to issue the fully operative LC immediately within 24 hours after the receipt of the Performance Bond from the Seller.
8.Contract would be signed directly between the Buyer and the State owned Exporting Agency of India.
