PROCEDURE:
1.Seller sends FCO
2. Buyer issue ICPO
3. Seller send draft contract with allocation Number. The buyer will sign and seal the contract and send it back to the seller.
4. The seller signs and seal the contract and send it back to the buyer.
5. The seller’s bank will issue a RWA from a top world bank to the buyer’s bank, which the seller’s bank guaranties that upon receipt of the DLC, the bank would send the 2% PB as well as full POP to the buyer’s bank.
5. Upon receipt of the RWA to the buyer’s bank, the buyer will open a non- operative irrevocable confirmed and revolving DLC to the seller’s bank.
7. Lifting will start as per schedule.
