SOUTHERN CITRUS PRODUCTS who are already leaders in Citrus lime processing have put up an exclusive, modern Herbal Processing Unit in a GMP standard building. The new set up consists of the following equipment which will be fully commissioned on December 15 th.

1) Horizontal Extractors - 4 nos X 3000 kgs. Capacity
2) Vacum Concentrators - 2 nos X 3000 kgs.
( Reactors) 1 no X 2000 kgs.
4) Evaporators ( FF ) - 1 no X 600 kg. water evap per hr
1 no X 400 kg. water evap per hr 5) Spray Dryers - 2 nos X 100 kg. water evap per hr
1 no X 50 kg. water evap per hr
6) Centrifuges/ Nutch Filters
7) RO Water plant
8) Chilling Plant
9) Vacum dryer / Rotary dryer
10) Pulveriser/ Blender etc.

Plus a Pilot scale Extractor + Reactor + Spray dryer .

Another USP is our anual Quota for 2.16 L. Blts of Alcohol ( Ethanol) which is a much preferred solvent. We can also use Methanol, Ethyl Acetate as solvents. We prefer Herbal extracts which require Ethanol and Spray Drying.

We have also established a full fledged Laboratory equipped with sophisticated analytical instruments like :

1) Shimadzu HPLC
2) Shimadzu GC
3) Thermofischer UV Spectrophotometer( Chemito)
4) Microbilogy lab. Etc

We are already an ISO company and working towards GMP / HACCP standards.

To start with we plan to concentrate on the following Herbal Extracts :

- Ashwagandha
- Bacopa Monneri
- Capcaicin
- Citrus Morinda ( Noni)
- Citrus Bioflavanoids
- Citrus aurantium extract
- Fenugreek
- Garcinia
- Green Tea
- Gymnema etc.

We do not mind taking up other extracts, provided volumes are large and long term business. We are also open to processing on Job work basis.
