For your cement factory, we have the following two equipments:
This PC Series High-Efficient Combined Crusher combines the functions of primary and secondary crushing, can crush 450-1000 mm mineral stones into 5-8mm particles directly. It is our patented crusher.

The PCX Series Super-Fineness Energy-Saving Crusher have been widely used for crushing mid-hard materials such as limestone, cement clinker, iron ore, shale, dolomite, gypsum, pyrites and mineral slag
The new particle size adjusting mechanism guarantees 85% of the particles controlled within 3mm. It is our patented crusher.

For the PC and PCX series crusher, they are specially designed for cement factory, can crushing limestone, clinker into 3-12 mm directly. For the two models, there is built-in screen plates inside bottom of the crusher, until the sizes of the stones are less than the screen gap, can be discharged out, that is why PC and PCX crusher can well control the discharge sizes as requested.
By far, PC and PCX crushers have been widely used in cement factories, and get good feedbacks, because the two crushers can offer smaller fine sizes before the materials into the ball mill, which can greatly save energy and improve the working efficiency of ball mill.

WEIBOS HC Series Single Cylinder Cone Crusher realizes all automation in control which makes the crusher work in the best condition, meanwhile, it can realize auto compensation for the wearing of the in and out cone liner plates.

WBL Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is not only used in extremely hard materials, but also used in different material properties of the artificial sand, pre-grinding of cement, mining, fireproof material and other industries, such as granite, basalt, limestone, quartz stone, gneiss, cement clinker, concrete aggregate, ceramic raw materials, iron ore, gold, copper, corundum, bauxite, silica, etc. Final products within 10mm can reach 40-50% .

PE Series Jaw Crusher is preferable to be selected as primary crushing machine for various materials with compressive strength up to 320 MPa.

PF Series Impact Crusher is usually acted as medium crushing machine after coarse crushing. The crushed products are in cubic shape with low flakes and no internal cracks.
