1.Tricone Drill Bit
There are rich and diverse roller bits to meet different requirements of formations and rotary speeds. The sizes of the gage diameter and the types of bit are strictly designed in accordance with the standards API Spec.7. All tricone bits have attained the certificate of API.
There are not only rubber sealed bearing tricone bits but also metal face sealed bearing tricone bits, and all tricone bits are lubricated by new type of wear resistant grease that can sustain high temperature up to 250¡ãC.
The surfaces of main or key parts are hardfaced and treated with friction reducing technology. They can enhance gage protection and prolong the life of bit.
Center nozzle is equipped for bits of larger sizes.
2. Diamond Drill Bit
Based on the different geological conditions and different customers requirements, Sunry supplies various types of drilling bits and core bits which are made of PDC, Thermo-polycrystalline diamond or natural diamond. All bits have attained the certificate of API.
PDC diamond drill bits of various types and sizes from 4-1/2" to 12-1/4". Bit crown design and cutter placement are based on different geological condition and status. Optimized bit hydraulic structure design increases rock cuttings removal efficiency and has good anti-balling performance. Spiral blade design improves the stability of bit drilling. PDC cutters of super quality features sharp and effective, good anti-abrasiveness and impact resistance. Various options may meet customers special requirements.
