Premier Fashion Corp, Taiwan Merchandising Dept: Head of Circular Knits, Woven & Sweater: Mr.Farid Ahmed is graduated in finance from National University of Bangladesh. After that I have started career in the field of Merchandising in T-shirt connection, Urmi Group and handled S-Oliver; Germany, La redoute; Carrefour, France, Tchibo, Germany, Black Leisure; Next; UK. I am having almost 16 years practical Experience in the field of Merchandising as well as ready made garments sector and specialized in light Knits, Woven and Sweater. I am closely monitoring with merchandising team from sampling, bulk production, trims & accessories, lab dip, wash approval issues with buyers and production follow up. Quality Controlling System We have a quality controlling team who visits factories on regular basis and when a new order goes in to production they are stationed in the factory on full time basis in order to ensure that the lines are well set and buyersâ € ™ quality standards are maintained. We do a TOP sample from the actual bulk materials and our quality controller thoroughly inspect this sample for it' s specifications and pass the same to the Merchandiser concern to double check on all the materials and other construction details, and then same goes to the hand of top Management and every body sign off this sample with their approval or comments. We follow this procedure to ensure there is no mistake made in the product and if there is we find it early and take corrective measures. We conduct regular inline inspection at AQL 2.5 mostly and the report is distributed among every body involve in the factory and in our Office. Accordingly we take necessary actions to ensure quality standards are always met. QC Auditors over look the quality controllers and held responsible for most of the quality issues and they report to the top management. The final Inspections are conduct by Quality Auditors and we follow AQL 2.5 to 4.0 standards, depending on the buyer. This dept is headed by Mr. Amit Roy and he is having around 18 years Technical and Quality Experience , 8 QA is working under him who daily basis staying at factory during production and development. Our Responsibility: New Products Developing any product by following buyers design and basic guidelines in a short period. Pricing / Evaluation Pricing any Garment with basic details available in a Very short time. Sample Development Making Development samples / Proto Samples / Counter samples and Pre Production samples in a Very short time in Our Own Sample room. We have range of Stock fabrics and trims in order to do this in a Very short time. Sourcing of Products Having service agreements with Many Well reputed Garment Manufacturers and our own, We could make any Kind of item with High quality for a very competitive pricing.
