Totan Global Indonesia is a company engaged in the Local and Sub-Contract Manufacturing, production services in the field of electronic cable components, home appliance and wiring harness and component accessories, in addition to that we also do production services scondary Spray process ( Painting) , Printing Manual, and the process using machine Pad Printing ( tampo) , we have been supporting a lot of companies which operates in the field of Wiring Harness, Electronic, Home Appliance and Automotive and we' ve been doing since 2004.
To support the production process of electronic cable components, home appliance and wiring harness and component accessories we offer equipmen as follows:
1. Automatic Cutting & Crimping Machine = 4 Units
2. Portable Cutting Machine ( Kappa) = 4 Units
3. Cuting machine CL950L = 2 Units
4. Manual crimping machine = 110 Units
5. Wire twisting machine = 10 Units
6. Solder Machine Diping = 4 Units
7. Jig Tester = 20 Units
8. And other supporting machines.
Besides, we also offer to support the production process equipmen Spray ( Painting) , Printing Manual, and the process Pad Printing Machine ( tampo) as follows:
1. Spray machine ( painting) with four boot spray and second conveyor line battery. capacity of three shifts
2. Printing machine manually by two line conveyor, capacity three shifts
3. Pad Printing Machine ( tampo) with the number two engine units can be four color and Five engine can be one color, the capacity of two shifts
4. Man power supported the more experienced
5. And other support tooling.
And supported by our facilities as follows:
