Working Principle:
It has an additional atomizing device based on an ordinary fluidized bed structure. Hot air is supplied to the dryer from the bottom of wind box with an air distributor. Raw material is atomized by a spray nozzle and spread on the fluidized material to be coated and pelleted by different systems. The material after coating and pelleting can be dried and cooled in a fluidized bed.

Characteristics:
The surface modification of powder consists of coating and agglomerating, these two technologies to get desired granular products, and drying, pelleting and cooling are completed in one equipment.
This technology can change physical properties and improve flowability, dispersibility and solubility of granules. In chemical industry, we can use spray fluidized bed to cover fertilizer and the pesticide surfaces and produce slowly released products. In food and fine chemical industry, we use spray fluidized bed dryer to agglomerate granules and enhance dissolution rate.

Material to be dried:
A large-scale continuous spray fluidized bed dryer is suitable for coating of big and small granules, production of big urea granules, coating fertilizers, spherical anhydrous calcium chloride and food fast dissolution.
