Soda Ash Substitute Agent

1. Product introduction:
Soda ash substitute agent is a kind of non-poisonous and tasteless white powder; it is soluble in the water easily, and its solution shows alkaline. It has capacities of contaminant release, emulsification, dispersity, wetness, penetration and PH buffering, belonging to inorganic alkali. When placed in the air, Soda ash substitute agent could absorb moisture easily, so sometimes with some lump, it is normal, and will not affect the quality.

2.1 Appearance: white powder
2.2 Main ingredients: alkali ( not including NAOH, KOH)
2.3 PH value: ( 1% ) l 2± 1
2.4 Ionicity: anion
2.5 Solubility: its solubility is very good, being 2 times of that of soda ash. With little impurities, its solution is of clear transparent liquid.
2.6 Solid content: about 90%

3. Characteristics:
3.1 With 25kg small packing, Soda ash substitute agent is easily to be operated, and shall not result in fly ash, etc.
3.2 Its usage is small, only 1/ 8-1/ 10 of that of soda ash.
3.3 Soda ash substitute agent has strong dispersity, so it could efficiently prevent the occurrence of white powder and make fibre shade bright.
3.4 Soda ash substitute agent owns good buffering power and high solubility ( 2 times of that of soda ash) , besides, it has effect of even dyeing for cotton, thus color spot could be avoided effectively.
3.5 After dyeing by soda ash substitute agent, about 40% water could be saved for rinsing and 30% acid for neutralization could be saved.
3.6 It is cheap, so the cost could be effectively reduced. Compared with soda ash, more than 50% cost could be saved.
3.7 When soda ash substitute agent dissolves in the water, it shall not get hot.

Soda ash substitute agent could be widely applied in printing& dyeing and textile industries to replace soda ash and caustic soda.
