Qinhuangdao Yanye flange Manufacturing Co., Ltd, short name Yanye Company, was built up on august of 2000, specialized in carbon steel flange and stainless steel flange, mainly works on metallurgical, electric, chemical and building material industry, shipment and so on, is one subsidiary corporation of Qinhuangdao metallurgical machinery Co., ltd. According to the world market we invested 3 million in the flange product line which can produce 8000tons flanges a year.
Our main products are various specification, for example, plate flange, thread flange, slip-on flange, socket welding flange, lap joint flange, blind flange, and welding neck flange in accordance with JIS, ANSI, DIN, KS, GB. Our products are salable in America, German, Japan, and Korea and had won recognition.
We get the qualification of export-import as a manufacturer in July of 2003; go into the system of quality management in august of 2005; get the KS in June of 2006; and get the ISO9001: 2000 in July of 2006.
We have 30 moa ground, 6000sq.m. building area, 20million RMB capital asserts and 1.6M and 2.5M vertical turning machine, 1.25M vertical turning machine, numerical control lathe, 32MM pate shearing machine, 750KG air hammer, 400KG air hammer, several kinds of rolling levelers. For about more than 200 equipments.
