The Comet Lifebuoy Light is Transport Canada Approved. Equipped with Backet and lanyard for attaching to Lifering It utilizes a tilt switch for automatic function. It burns for two hours with a light intensity of at least 2 candela and is safe on oil- or petrol covered waters. Type - SOLAS

It is used for theposition marking of a lifebuoy when in the water. Mounts upside down in the bracket provided. When thrown into the water, it automatically inverts which activates the light.

Light is diffused for broader coverage and easier spotting and shines with minimum of 2 candela for 2 hours. Uses 5 " D " cell batteries
