Our Company is a subsidiary of Sunwing International. We manufacture and sell artificial grass. Started with the Chinese domestic market, our sales have expanded to Europe, South America, North America, Middle East and many other regions. We provide different type of products to meet different needs of customers. Mainly based on monofilament and fibrillated fibre styles, our artificial grass materials include PP, PE, NYLON, etc. These materials produce mainly three different types of products - leisure grass, landscaping grass, and sports grass. The leisure grass can be used in exhibition hall, aisle, or any other area that need simple beautification. The landscaping grass appears more like the natural grass and can be used to improve the view of the surroundings. The sports grass has two lines of products â one is less dense and suitable for light-activity areas, and the other is more dense and endurable and suitable for heavy-activity areas. Each type of products can be adjusted for grass gauge, stitch rate, pile height, etc to meet different request of the customers and be used in houses, clubs and many other recreational areas. In addition, our products are also designed for easy installation and maintenance. Professional technologies and high quality control system We have qualified technicians in production and quality control department ( QCD) . QCD supervises the whole production process to ensure qualify of the products. Two main principles that OCD comply with are: â Production donâ t start unless the raw material is qualifiedâ and â No shipment of products is allowed unless they meet all quality standardsâ . Our company periodically sends technicians abroad for training in international exchange programs of the industry. We strive to be a leader in technology and product innovation in this industry. Professional service team Our company has a specialized export service department focusing on developing international market and providing high quality service to customers around the world. Each customer will have a special customer service member from the first time that he contacts Sunwing. The customer service member handles customer correspondences, arranges product sampling and pricing, and coordinates the installation and maintenance of the product. The company has a team of professional customer service members and they are all under the supervision and guidance of the service department. | ||
