1.Ceramics packings have great and advantage of acid-heat-resistance. It can withstand almost all kinds of acid up to 1000, except HF acid, and be widely used in the tower of dry, absorbing, cooling, washing and recovery etc. in chemical, petrochemical and metallurgical industry.
Random packings include rasching ring, spiral ring, cross partition ring, pall ring, intalox saddle, supper intalox, casade ring, wheel ring, Skconnecting ring, and conjugate ring.
2.Owing to its thin wall, low resistance, high void and capacity, metallic packings have a high separation efficiency, and applied to handle the thermalsensitive, hard to separation and easy carbonized materials in the vacuum rectifying tower. Metal packings include two types: random packings and structured packings. Random packings include conjugate ring, VSP ring, supper mini ring, pall ring, sadele, and twincurved saddles. Structured packings include annular gauze, perform grid and perforated corrugated plate.
3.Plastic packings are in thin wall, low resistance, high void and capacity. They are light, reusable, easy to load and unload result in low operation cost. They are suitable for washing, dusting and absorption at low temperature. Plastic random packings include conjugate ring, VSP ring, supper mini ring, pall ring, saddles, teller rosetter, heilex, poluhedral hollow balls. Structured packings include annular gauze, perforated corrugated plate.
4.Tower internals include packing support plate, hold-down plate, liquid distributor, collector, redistributors and demister etc. which are also important to the packing tower. We can provide a complete set of tower equipments for the users by their process conditions.
All internals can be installed and get out through manhole. The diameter of manhole is 600-1000mm.
All kinds of acid-and heat-resistant bricks and tiles can be widely used in the construction of acidresistant lining in towers, tanks, reactors, pools, floors, ditches etc. found in chemical, metallurgical, and pyroelectric industries.
Large hole-opening ceramic arch, dome and bridge are new packing support structure used in dry and absorption tower in sulfuric acid plant. They have great advantages over the former support in uniform gas distribution, high strength and stability, corrosion-resistance and convenient for installation.
