PAYMENT TERMS;
The Documents required by the BUYER for 100% NON TRANSFERABLE LC at sight from CITIBANK Singapore is as follows:
Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate .
Certificate of Origin .
Packing List in triplicate .
Certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by Sucofindo or Surveyor Indonesia
Bill of lading

INSPECTION;
Inspection will be carried out by Sucofindo or Surveyor Indonesia at SELLER’ s warehouse at Seller’ s expense. Certificate of quality issued by Sucofindo or Surveyor Indonesia at SELLER’ s warehouse is accepted as final by both parties.
