Reusable Cold & Hot Pack

1. The Cold/ Hot Pach is reusable, its gel does not contain poison and maintains soft after frozen.

2. it' s ideal for pain and swelling caused by bumps, bruises and sprains, also for soothing muscle aches and stiffness and promote healing.

USE INSTRUCTION
1. Clod therapy: Store cold pack in freezer for at least 2 hours.
Hot Therapy: Place pack in heated water for no more than 7 minutes. Do not heat by microwave oven.

2. Elderly or persons with circulatory problems should not use any cold or hot therapy except as directed by a doctor.

3. Do not use heat therapy with external pain killing products.

4. For external use only. Adult supervision is needed for kid' s application.

5. Suggested First Aid. If contents contact skin or eyes. Remove pack immediately. Thoroughly flush with water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a doctor immediately.

6.Keep out of reach of children.
