Quantity Order:

Preparation station for one car with metal base and floors made fully of grilles. It is equipped with intake and exhaust unit and heating system with RIELLO diesel burner.

" Two centrifugal fans provide sufficient air for all types of preparation works
" Floor fully made of grilles with built-in filters for catching sanding dust and paint overspray
" Two modes of operation: full air exchange and air recirculation
" Plenum with a fine filter provides recirculation mode and ensures uniform distribution of air flow. Plenum is equipped with 8 lighting panels with 4 lamps each (32 lamps totally), power consumption is 12.5 kW
" Damper for switching from the full air exchange mode to recirculation mode
" 4-stage air filtering: intake and exhaust pocket filters, floor filter for catching paint and ceiling filter for fine cleaning
" Control unit for heating and ventilation generator is equipped with temperature controller, time setting, hour meter, emergency switch and indicators
" Metal base for installation over floor or at the floor level
" PVC curtain with transparent insert to isolate the car from the rest of the room.
