Strand Woven Bamboo Flooring
In 2003, we develop a new kind of bamboo flooring, which is strand woven bamboo flooring, which is a really hard and stable flooring.
We cut down the bamboo trees, then split them into lamellas, and boil, dry them.After drying them, we break all the lamellas with a heavy hammer(a small machine)then we put all those broken lamellas into a mold with the size of 1950 x 148 x 103mm and press it with gue.After 3 hours, we will get the Woven block, then we re sawn the block into flooring size which is 1950 x 98 x 16mm.The last step is to do the putty, sanding and finishing.Strand woven bamboo flooring has very unique design and the density is much higher than regular flooring, it is 1.60kg/ m3, so it is really strong and it is not so easy to be bending of cupping.
