There are two types of the gypsum board production line
1.Hot Air Type
It mainly uses the heat from the flue gas of the boiler. The flue gas will be directly taken into the hot air pipes of the dryer, then using the hot air pipes for the rejection of the heat and drying. This kind of equipment is only fit for the production line with the capacity below 5 million square meter per year. The price of this type is low and the investment is less, it is the first choice for the customer with less investment. Because the quality of the gypsum board is hard to control, the rate of waster and interior is a little bit high and the using time for this equipment is relatively short, this type is gradually going to be eliminated.
2. At present, this type is the fast developed and most popular style at home and abroad. It is easy to be operated and adjusted. However, the price of this type is relatively higher than the hot air style. The advantages of this type are that it can be used for a long time and the quality of the board is easy to be controlled. This type is especially fit for the medium and large capacity production with the capacity above 5 million square meters per year.
