E-Light combines three kinds of advanced technologies: Bipolar Radio Frequency + IPL +Skin Contact Cooling, on the condition that the skin absorbs the light energy selectively and different skin resistance , when the light energy is in low intensity, it causes the absorption of the radio frequency.
