Benxi Beitai Ductile Cast Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. ( Name BEITAI as following) locates in southwest part of Benxi City, LiaoNing Province. It is one of major subsidiary company of Benxi Beitai Iron & Steel Group. With international advanced centrifugal casting equipments and techniques, BEITAI started production in 1994. After several years of innovation, BEITAI becomes a large modern ductile cast iron pipes production enterprise with annual capacity of 500, 000 tons, one of the largest in China and the forth position in the world. The BEITAI DIP diameter ranges from DN80MM to DN2600MM with effective length of 6 meter according to ISO2531, BSEN545, and EN598 standard. The products? joint type includes: T type. K type. S type. N type and Mechanical Joint etc., which is widely applied to projects for gas and water supply. BEITAI independently develops 5 types of new products including DN1200 Water-cooling Ductile Cast Iron Pipe. Mechanical Joint Pipe. DN100-700 DI pipe for gas supply and special Anti-corrosion Coating Pipe ( Ceramic Epoxy coating and PU pipe) , which fill the blank of national market. BEITAI products have passed the Provincial Authentication in 1995, ISO9002 Quality System Authentication in 1997, SGS Product Authentication in 1999, ISO9001 Quality System Authentication in 2002 and ISO14001 Environmental Management System Authentication in Jan. 2004. High quality Gen-seng pig iron with low sulphur and phosphorus content, advanced equipments, scientific production procedure and outstanding internal quality make our products well known at home and abroad. Based on good and long production experience of Pipe Fittings, we developed Beitai brand Ductile Iron Fittings We produce Ductile Iron fittings ( DN80-2600) in accordance with ISO 2531. BS 4772. En 545. AWWA C110, C153 ( 8inch-56inch) fitting socket is push-on joint. Flange joints are dimensioned and drilled according to ISO 2531, PN 10, PN 16 and PN 25. All the fittings are class 12 except the tees, which are class k14. The external protection of all the fittings is by zinc and bitumen / epoxy painting according to ISO 8179 and the internal protection of all the fittings is by cement mortar acc. To ISO 4179. We also produce and weld various kinds of flange pipes according to the requirement of the customer.
