1, For our existing and similar samples, which customers required, we can supply them to whatever new and old customers freely, but how many pieces can be supplied and how long can be sent, which will be depended on detail situation, But under common situation, it should be 5 within working days;

2, The existing samples, which do not mean that the products, which we have shown on websites ( www.biebri-ceramic.com; www.bierbi-ceramic.com.cn; ) . So that means we can not promise that all of the products, which have shown on websites, have their existing samples, customers should confirm with us before ordering for the samples;

3, For the existing samples, if they are supplied to our new customers, We will prepare the samples ready and tell our new customers that you can ask the express company for delivery the samples to you. We do not afford freight for the samples if you are our first time' s cooperated customer. Here, we have to notify you more, we can not delivery the samples to you directly even you supply us your company' s express company' s account if your company can not supply official paper for paying the samples freight without any reason. 4, For making original design samples, commonly, 7 to 10 working days would be needed; But we do not promise all kinds of samples can be supplied within these days, detail samples leading time, please referring to corresponding official invoice. And for this kind of samples, which can not be free for new customers, detail cost, please referring to corresponding official invoice. And for old customers of this kind samples, normally, we can supply them the samples freely but need to be under negotiation and agreement;

5, For the samples' delivery freight, we do not afford any kind of samples freight for our first time cooperated customers; But we afford all of the samples delivery freight for our old customers; All of the samples cost and their freight will be refunded after the order is confirmed for whatever you are new or old customers. Customers can cut the cost from the order' s deposit directly;
