The ProFLOK® IBV ELISA Kit is a rapid serologic test for the detection of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) antibody in chicken serum samples. IBV affects broilers, layers and breeders and because of continual mutation of the virus, IBV persists as a threat and necessitates vigilance in monitoring antibody levels in pre- and post-vaccinal flocks as a permanent surveillance action, independent of disease outbreaks in chickens.
