Myself and my business partner were fortunate enough to have qinqin with us for a 5 day business/ pleasure stay. Without her we would have found it extremely difficult to get around and communicate with other locals.
From a business point of view she was exceptional in her translations, every meeting ran smoothly and successfully. She also helped in researching manufacturers and the line of work we were in.
qinqin is also fantastic for shopping taking us to all the different shopping districts as well as helping us bargain at the markets . . . she saved us a lot of money! She also doesn' t run on commission, she is very honest.

We are an American company that has been doing business with China for a number of years. We understand how important it is to have a quality, trustworthy and organized interpreter. Qin qin is all this and more! When we arrived she had a spreadsheet of all the companies she found that we would be visiting... with notes on prices, company information and contact information. All I did was explain our product to her, in detail, and she found the companies and made all the appointments for us. I can' t explain how much this in itself is so incredibly helpful.

As far as her language skills and understanding English, she couldn' t get any better. Some interpreters you have to speak slowly and not use any slang. There were 3 people from our company and we never changed the speed, or style, of the way we spoke. She understood everything....perfectly!

And finally the follow up....which I believe is most important! Some interpreters are great when you are with them but than never available to make phone calls and/ or follow up with factories after you get back home.....not Qin qin. She has been absolutely fantastic in this department! We are still working on getting our project done as I type this. I have a phone conference with Qin qin tonight at 10: 30pm and than she will call the factory and explain everything I told her. She has been available to talk whenever I need her.

I had been planning my business trip to China for some time and one of my biggest worries was finding a genuine person who I could trust for the duration of my trip.
