ESCO ProFill Dragline Bucket

The ProFill bucket is specifically designed to improve dragline productivity, by filling faster with minimal drag energy. The ProFill is equipped with ESCO’ s reverse spade lip ( RSL) , which is recognized by mines worldwide as a major innovation in dragline productivity and provides faster fill than conventional straight lips. The ProFill is also equipped with ESCO’ s Posilok Plus mining tooth system, with the enhanced safety of a hammerless locking device.

Increased penetration – patented geometry capitalizes on the RSL to utilize the weight of the bucket for increased penetration
Cast front ring – the RPM II cast front ring components offer better strength and durability than other models
Dumping characteristics – lower mounted, integral trunnions provide more vertical bucket hang resulting in smoother, cleaner dumping for the RPM II; fine tuning in conjunction with ESCO rigging provides optimized dump and recovery speeds and reduced cycle times
