Industrial Duty Centrifugal Blower Fan type
The fan shall be single inlet, direct drive and centrifugal. The housing shall be fully welded for low air leakage.
Fan housing shall have inlet/outlet flange with predrilled holes, and detailed flange drawing for easy installation. The thickness of motor support steel panels shall be at least 2mm for enough strength. The housing shall have access door. Fan housing shall have hanging holes for easy and safe installation. The motor shall be positioned as per AMCA arrangement 4 or 8. (I. E. Direct drive)

Industrial Duty Centrifugal Blower Fan Coating
All fan housing and support structure shall be electrostatically applied powder coating (corrosion resistant), the powder shall be heat cured polyester.

The wheel shall be centrifugal, Mild steel Type. The blades shall be welded between the wheel back-plate and inlet. The hub shall be keyed with motor shaft. The wheel balancing level shall be AMCAG2.5 standard.
