1. Wire stripping machine BX operation and metters needing attention
1.1open motor, check running if or not well, check wire diameter when you feeding,
1.2for lengthen the service life of blade, when you feding, should cut off wire-joint avoid damage blade.
1.3the wire appear break after come out, should notice the following situation:
1.3.1should adjust thghtness of screw ( M12) on the blade-axle.
1.3.2check position if or not right when you feeding.
1.3.3the blade whether or not too keenness, should trimming a little until suitable
1.4the plastic is peeled, but copper wire can not out after feeding, should notice the following situation:
1.4.1upper-axle pattern is too depth, should trimming a little, but can not trimming go beyond the limit, because the cable with oiliness will difficult to feed.
1.4.2the tightness of spring if or not too loose, adjust until copper wire can come out.
1.4.3the wire diameter is too small, or the interspace too wide, should adjust interspace until 0.4-0.6mm;
1.4.4the copper wire can not come out when the wire or cable is hot.
1.5after feeding, the cable stay in the machine, should notice the following situation:
1.5.1check the belt if or not loose.
1.5.2the tightness of spring is too tight.
1.5.3the oiliness of cable too much cause two axles slipping, should often wipe axle dry after use.
