Type AY pump apply to petroleum refining, petroleum chemical industry, chemical industry, and it is used to transfer petroleum and petroleum gas without solid particles, especially in transferring liquid with high temperature, pressure, inflammable, explosive and toxic.
Type AY said pumps are developed on the base of type Y pumps, compare with the type Y, Although the construction, installation size and the performance range are the same, the efficiency of type AY more 5% -8% than the type Y pump.

Construction:
Type AY oil pump are divided into single stage single suction, double stage single suction overhanging centrifugal oil pumps; Single stage double suction, double stage single suction, double stage double suction two supported oil pumps.

The casing of pump cut in radial direction and the installation way is horizontal centerline supporting, the inlet and outlet flange are upward or are on a center line. The thrust get balanced with the help of impeller balancing hole.

Bearings: Bearings body installed a set of radial ball bearings and a group of pulling ball bearings and get lubrication by thin oil. The cooling for bearings exist three kinds according to the conditions of the area.

Shaft seal: Packing seal, bellows seal, balance seal and mechanical tandem seal. There' s water cooling spacer on the surface of shaft seal box, as the temperature of liquid exceed 66' C or the tem. of hydrocarbon exceed 150' C, it should bi in used.

Driven: In order to be easy in maintenance, it adopt the flexible lengthened plug, the pump driven by the motor though the coupling directly. The rotation direction is counter clockwise looking award from the motor.

Pipes system of pump:
1, the cooling water is used to get shaft seal box, bearings, or bracket cooling according to the temperature and requirements of usage, the flow rate of each pipe range from 0.2-0.7cube/ h is well, the pressure is 0.2-0.3MPa.
