Characteristic of high performance grades:
These grades of products exhibit high structural strength, good resistance to creep, impact, flex fatigue and abrasion, outstanding toughness and resilience, good dimentional stability, flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures. In addition, they could resist the corrosion caused by some industrial chemicals, oils and solvents.

Application of high performance grades TPEE:
Air bag cover, auto satellite antenna connection, back suitcase assembly, door lock assembly, door handle airproof ring, shock absorption board, silencing gear, pipe, spherical socket of ball joint, window shock absorption seat, shock absorption underpan, hitting resistant coat for underpan,
core of wire and cable, silence gear.
Remarks:
TPEE shows hydrolysis resistance at normal temperatures and will not react with moisture in the air. Because of TPEE’s slight moisture absorption, pre drying is required for the part finish even if extrusion and compression processing will not lead to disfigurement with moisture content less than 0.1%. TPEE will degrade at elevated temperatures in acid medium, so TPEE can not be applied in combination with acid synergist. The viscosity of TPEE is not very sensitive to the rate of shear, and it is even the same with the case of low rate of sheer, for example extrusion.
