IMTRODUCTION: DREDGING ACTIVITIES IN NIGERIA.

Nigeria is situated in the sub-Sahara region of Africa called West Africa. It is bounded in the North by Sahara region, and in the south West and south East and south South by Atlantic Ocean.

By the reason of the Atlantic Ocean with the feeling activities , the mediterian region are densely populated also the discovery and exploration of oil and gas activities heavily going on in this area attract further population by the nature of these region, reclamation of land activities is highly on the increase as to meet with the development and industrial projects springing up there.

Our company, CHUKSTEX INVESTMENT LTD is involve in the sand filling and reclamation services for many years and by this , we have created our presence in the various sectors such as the regional government , people and natives in the area of sourcing the dredging jobs.

We have been in to local leasing of dredgers for our activities until now the volume of dredging services are increasing with less and modern , functional dredgers available for rent. Hence we began to look beyond our shores to obtain dredgers.

Dredger 20-18 per day operation # 800, 000
Dredger 22-20 per day operation # 1, 000, 000
Cost of crew and other maintenance at owners end,

BUSINESS INTENT.
1. We desire a partnership arrangement where the foreigner provides the dredger with may be high tech entrepreneur. We on our side would source the contracts, provides the crew and running operations.
2. We may also take a lease of the equipment from the foreign firm subject to quarterly payment until cost and interest of funds has been paid of.

We would add that dredging activities has no dull season per se for even in event of no direct contract, we will hire to other firms or we will engage it on sand build up for sale to construction companies..

This shall be subject to discussion between the two contracting parties and shall depend on the type of working relationship preferred.
