- Screw and barrel: adopting special steel and surface treated, having wear-resistant and wear-corrosive. It can also use bimetallic, but it depends on customer’s requirement.
- Gearbox: using forced lubrication, gear second-grade grinding, high torque, low noise, and longer lifespan.
- Vacuum vent device: able to remove the moisture and gas to ensure the quality of pellets.
- Heating system: using PID control and computerized automatic calculation in order to get accurate temperature setting value with low tolerance.
- Cooling system: the barrel is cooling by oil or water; the screw is cooling by oil temperature controller, but it depends on customer’s requirement.
- Electric control system: adopting human interference or computerization.
- Special screw configuration is designed to get better mixing and kneading effect.
- Application: U-PVC, HI-PVC, CPVC, soft PVC, rigid PVC, foamed PVC, transparent PVC, medical grade PVC.
