- A double-section extruder is adopted with a straight-connected design. Both of the two extruders have automatic hydraulic screen changer device.
- The screw of the forced feeder allows both clockwise and counterclockwise directions that can be adjusted to meet the actual user’s needs.
- Water ring pelletizing could avoid the problem of strand broken during processing time.
- The special feature of this extruder is that it produces higher output with better quality.
- Our extruder can be combined with crusher, washer, as well as dryer all together as a whole-plant project.
- The screw is specially designed for: virgin compound material, recycled-compound material, modified-compound material (such as: PP + CACO3, PP+TiO2, PA, PC, PP, PBT + GF, bumper-compound material). High-speed rotation and high-shear screw special design can bring better mixing and kneading on the material.
- Application: PE scrap or flake, HDPE pellet, PP bumper, HDPE container, oil tank, milk bottle, yogurt bottle, shower gel bottle, shampoo bottle, chemical tank.
- This machine can be changed into strand pelletizer in order to produce ABS, PS, HIPS, PMMA, PA, PC, PET, etc.
