False Hope Funding, Dec. 07, 2010

Use extreme caution with this group. They introduced us to a group (JRCA) that has taken our money and not funded us. We have a contract with Mr. Cooper to carry us through close of funding and was told by Mr. Cooper we need to deal directly with JRCA. This was not the intention in retaining the services of Mr. Cooper. We wanted/needed someone that would look out for our best interests not just introduce us and wait to be paid. In the process Mr. Cooper shared information that lead us to believe this was an honest and real funding group (JRCA) and since we have lost money and Mr. Cooper has ignored all calls.
Please use caution if you go to this Group get everything in writing and verify it through a different source before you put up any money!!!!!!!
