We offer a Custom Label Cigarette Program (CLCP) from one of the Largest Tobacco Companies in the World. This Program provides you with Fine Select Class "A" American Blended Tobacco . Under our Custom Label Cigarette Program (CLCP) the Distributors / Dealers have a choice of using our Custom Artwork and Trademarks, or the Distributors / Dealers can use their own Custom Artwork / Trade names. This is not like selling one of the World wide Branded Cigarettes. You Control the International Sales & Distribution Rights (ISDR) of your own Cigarette Brands without Competition. Products are for "Export Only". No sales in the Continental USA.
PRODUCT: "CLASS "A"Filter Tip cigarettes .83mm/.100 mm, Hard Pack/Soft Pack . Health Warnings printed in any Language.
PACKING: The product is packed as Class "A" 20 cigarettes per pack, 10 packs per carton, 50 cartons per Master Case, 960 Master Cases per 40-foot cargo container. Refer to " Documents Section below ".
PRICE: USD $150.00 per Master Case F.O.B Eastern USA Ports
QUANTITY: Minimum order: One (1) 40ft. container, 960 Master Cases.

FRESHNESS: Less than 45 days.
DELIVERY: Maximum 45 days after Receipt and Confirmation of Buyer's Irrevocable, Confirmed and
Transferable Letter of Credit.
INSPECTION: Buyer will pay for SGS or PCS see Inspection.
Buyers own bonded surveyor is welcome to inspect before loading.

BANKING INSTRUCTIONS:
LETTER OF CREDIT: Following are the particular details we wish to have included in your Documentary
Letter of Credit, issued in reply to our quoted prices for cigarettes . We have made every effort in these
Instructions to provide you with Terms which can be easily accommodated. Please instruct your Bank to
open and issue an Irrevocable, Transferable and Confirmed Letter of Credit in accordance with the following:
1.0 BENEFICIARY: The Credit shall show as the Beneficiary : Provided upon opening of Letter of Credit.
DRAFT: Draft to be Drawn at Sight, against Shipping Documents.
2.0 SHIPMENT: Partial Shipments and /or Transshipments not permitted, unless otherwise specified.
3.0 PRICE: USD $150.00 per Master Case F.O.B. Eastern USA Ports.
4.0 PAYMENT: Payment of the total value shall be made by Irrevocable, Transferable and Confirmed
Letter of Credit Drawn on a Prime 100 World Bank. Letter of Credit must be Confirmed by a USA Bank.
L/C will be valid for 60 days, available by your Draft drawn on applicant for 100% of Invoice Value at Sight
at the Advising Bank counter.
5.0 DOCUMENTS: A. Full set of Signed Commercial Invoices, 3 copies.
B. Packing List showing Quantity, Gross, Net Weight.
C. Full Set of signed Clean on Board Ocean Bills of Lading marked "Freight Prepaid"
D. Stated Name of Port of Destination, Container and Seal Numbers.
D. Certificate of Origin. Made in USA.
E. Certificate of Freshness, less than 45 days.
F. FA-I insurance policy, covering all risks, at 110% of the Invoice Value.
G. Certificate of Inspection issued.
7.0 PROCEDURES:
A. Product is shipped in accordance to the" Terms of the Contract".
B. Buyer has the option to inspect the cargo before loading by his own Bonded Forwarder or Surveyor.
All that is needed to proceed with placing an order is:
1. Letter of Intent (LOI) which simply is a letter on your Company Letterhead that you are interested in
purchasing this commodity from us.
2. Bank Capability Letter (BCL). This simply is a document that your Bank verifies that the funds are available
for the purchase from us. A Pre-Advised Letter of Credit or Blocked Funds from a Prime World Bank is sufficient.
3. Fax back your Intent.
We do provide contracts for 5 containers per month or more. This assures that you lock-in the Best Possible
